Powers: No powers, perfectly normal human. Excellent with throwing knives though and also super detective skills.
Job: SALES ASSOCIATE for I C U EYEWEAR this will either end terribly or hilarious...or both

Handwaved CR: Yes -- note that Maes Hughes arrived with fatal injuries and was whisked away to the med bay. So he probably wasn't in the big classroom with everyone else.
Likes: HIS DAUGHTER AND WIFE, his friends, photography, chess, daggers, phonecalls, making friends, sticking his nose into other people's business
Dislikes: shapeshifters, people who pretend to be his wife, seeing people sad
Hangouts: TBD...he'll be all over the damn place at first because he's super curious about everything.
CR wanted: All of it! Although definitely younger people who Maes can "adopt" and be a father-figure towards. Also someone to be a bro with, he's kind of a big fish out of water right now and might be experiencing some...trauma.

I also plan on getting a Maes post up soon -- figure he wouldn't hang around the medbay long and he is going to be roaming all over because he has never seen any of this stuff before.

But family is REALLY important to clary, she spends the entire first season constantly being like "what about saving my mom tho???" so she's totally willing to just sit and listen to him gush!

I think it would be interesting to through eichi at him!! he's 18 (19 in game now just due to timing) and sickly enough that he could die any day, so they could even meet in the medbay... I need more people to care about eichi and maybe tell him to stop casually making death jokes, also he's such a weirdo that I think he might throw maes for a loop!! maybe!!

I have this weird feeling that Maes may make jokes about his near-death experience once he's a little more distant from it. But he probably wouldn't like other people making jokes about that.
