Handwaved CR: Yes, please! Koumyou is a master of sociable pointless banter and should probably be regularly popping in on anyone he's gotten to know so far. God help those that have public facing jobs.
Likes: Philosophical bullshit, casually meddling, good alcohol, gambling, origami
Dislikes: Being cold, having to exert himself, having an actual job, being a proper monk
Hangouts: Atrium, shopping areas, Ukoku's room, places that are suspiciously close to areas that are off limits
CR wanted: CR that contrasts nicely with his laid back nature, people that will call out his silly shit, and also just people that will humor his absent-minded rambling. I would love for him to make some friendships with people that will assume he really can't be trusted to take care of himself.
