Powers: none but for an attitude and combat abilities that made lead a person to believe she's part-shark (which is to say, she's hardcore space marine who prefers hand-to-hand over everything else and is v agile)

Handwaved CR: heck yes! i'm happy to jump into any part of the meeting/establishing process c:
Likes: competency. people who can be competent and still have an interesting/entertaining personality. people she likes not being dead. fighting.
Dislikes: standing around doing nothing. talking about feelings. shitty action movies. people who don't take things seriously. people hitting on her. (please do this.)
Hangouts: patrolling fun in miscellaneous areas. training as much as possible. claiming a corner of a lounge couch for personal movie night and no you weren't invited but she guesses you can stay.
CR wanted: anything and everything! she's easy to set up for mostly-positive cr with other serious soldier types or quietly capable-seeming people, but negative cr in the form of people who just drive her nuts is fun for me, too! also always looking for sparring buddies and people putting enough effort into their lives that she'll want to Big Space Sister them into at least being able of keeping themselves alive should space become horrible, as space so often does.

tbh jughead could fall into the driving her nuts category OR semi-quiet competent person who also hates talking about feelings, but either way he'd be appropriately awed by carolina's beatdown capabilities!
