Probably investigating the disappearances - Hera's no engineer, she's better at talking to people than actually doing a lot of techie stuff, but she'd be willing to help wherever - she's got her ship, so anything that needs a pilot she would absolutely volunteer for, and anything that would involve talking to people and potentially recruiting them to help out, would also be right up her alley!
