Canon: That one weird anime about muppets, episode 24.
Age: 23? I think we went with 23. Old but a huge infant.
Powers: A wild permissions post has appeared! Ichimatsu does some Weird Shit like fusing with cats and turning partially into them when startled, which is something I've never actually gotten to fuck around with in a game so if you don't tell me it freaks you out I may employ this and I don't wanna make anybody uncomfortable. He also anxiously shits on things sometimes, which is probably also something I should have put in his permissions. I'll try to keep him from shitting in inappropriate places.

Possibly more important to mention is his psychic cat, who is also brought up in the permissions post. If your character speaks a lie and Esp Kitty is with Ichimatsu, the cat will compulsively speak the truth instead. This requires your input to utilize so it's easier to opt out of, but I really would love to fuck around with it so please hit me with your lies/half-truths.
Job: Psychic for Purrfect Palmistry! Which is basically the most amazing job title ever.

Handwaved CR: I'm chill, I'm here. Ichimatsu is an antisocial piece of shit so a lot of stuff is gonna be kind of shaky, but I'm an agreeable human.

Likes:

+ Cats.
+ Weird and/or creepy shit.
+ Sweets!
+ He has a running theme in a lot of official art of dressing up very well and seeming to enjoy fine arts but the anime was 25 episodes of mind-numbing stupidity and dick jokes so we don't see a whole lot of that in action.

Dislikes:

- Him-fucking-self.
- Animal cruelty.
- Karamatsu.
- Needles.
- Possibly hairbrushes from the state of his hair constantly.
- There is, however, a good chance that if he acts like he dislikes you he actually enjoys you a fair amount-- the man is a full-grown adult tsundere trope. He doesn't actually hate Karamatsu he's just a piece of shit.

Hangouts: He's a hider. Somewhere there are cats/his cat is usually a good place to find him-- he's probably not gonna leave his room/job a lot at first but he also very much likes sweets and snacking so it's definitely easily assumed you could find him sneaking from the proverbial cookie jar.
CR wanted: Give me all the things. Patience is an important factor in befriending this asshole, he's skittish and anxious and has all but sworn of friendship outside of his brothers because he's convinced he's worthless and can't make friends. ...Mind, we learned this secondhand from his weird psychic cat, so he's also about the most emotionally constipated 23 year old you'll ever meet. I really want him to do well here and actually kind of fucking discover himself 'cause he's generally in a state of Having a Hard Time and I want this shitty sad cat man to be happy.
