[-she tosses him straight into the air. He might hit the ceiling, rip.
But as she does, she stops all of a sudden and braces herself, then aims another kick at the creature as it draws close. She's careful to ensure she's hit the exact same spot and a little harder than before, knocking it back yet again and hopefully doing some permanent damage that might slow it down.
And when her small muppet companion drops back down, she catches him, slings him over her shoulder once more and dashes off again.]
