hellooo, I have a lateish question about the Research Department position! Specifically, is it a permanent position, or is it just for Oros mapping and then go back to retail?

Also, is there a baseline of what working a more "serious" position like that is like in terms of what should and should not be shared around ICly, how much I can get creative with without stepping on toes, etc? Just so I know what to potentially mention happening in threads. Thank you!!
