Powers: He was accepted to Hope's Peak Academy with the talent of 'Super High School Level Team Manager', which pretty much means that he's great at managing athletes and helping pretty much anyone to work with whatever athletic potential they may have. Athletes for him to work with, non-athletes who can be roped into a normal sport, people to be ridiculous and loud with him, people to question how ridiculously loud he is, sparring partners, people for him to dad at.
